Georgia Pediatric Program
GEORGIA PEDIATRIC PROGRAM GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program)
is a Medicaid program that provides services to medically fragile children, under 21 years of age, in need of daily living assistance and skilled nursing care at NO COST to the family.
New Life Private Care is a Georgia Pediatric Provider (GAPP) provider. “We are committed to improving the lives of children. We believe every child deserves an exceptional quality of life therefore we are committed to providing clinical excellence for our children in the comfort of their home through superior customer service by our qualified and caring team.”
We at New Life Private Care will handle the entire GAPP Approval process to get you approved easily and stress free!
GAPP Approval Process
1. We come out to your home to sign consent paperwork and to gather other required information
2. New Life Private Care submits all paperwork to GAPP (GAPP has up to 30 days to approve)
3. New Life Private Care will receive a decision from GAPP and contact you to schedule the Start of Care,
or to discuss the appeal process
